Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards is valid only at participating locations. To find your nearest participating location, start your order at RoundTablePizza.com or in the Round Table Pizza app. The Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards logo will be present on the location tile for all participating locations.

• To earn online, login to your Loyalty account when you place your order. Your points will be automatically added to your account within two hours.
• To earn via the Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards App, login and place your order and your points will be automatically added within two hours.
• To earn in-store or by phone, please provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your Loyalty account. If the store has a scanner, you can also tap the “Earn” button on the rewards screen and our team member will scan your personal QR code.

You can earn points to your account up-to 3 days after a completed order. Simply tap the “Earn” button on the rewards screen in the app and scan the QR code from the bottom of your receipt. You can also do so in your rewards portal online by typing in the string of numbers below the QR code on your receipt. Points will appear in your account up-to two hours after your receipt is scanned.Please note, this feature is not available at all locations.

• If you are receiving an error message when attempting to redeem points from a past order, check your account history in the “More” section of the Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards App. There is a chance the points have already been added to your account. Note, you may only earn and redeem up-to two times in 24 hours.
• Still having trouble, please send our Rewards Support Team an email at [email protected] for assistance. They will require a picture of the receipt as proof of purchase.

• To redeem online or in-app, add the item/s to your cart that is specific to the Reward and select the available reward at checkout.
• To redeem in-store, provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your account, along with the reward you would like to redeem. If the location has a scanner, show the cashier your reward code from your app.

Yes, in order to prevent fraudulent activity, guests are limited to 2 check-ins in a 24 hour period.

• Points-based rewards do not expire. Rewards such as welcome offers or surprise and delight offers expire at 11:59 pm on the date listed as the expiration date on the reward in the mobile app or online rewards portal.
• Points will expire after 365 days.

Yes, if we find that you are abusing the Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards program, Round Table Pizza has the right to terminate your account without notice.
