Are all Round Table Pizza locations participating in the rewards program?
Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards is only valid at participating locations. To find your nearest participating location, start your order at RoundTablePizza.com. The Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards logo will be present on the location tile on the Location Search page for all participating locations.
Is there a new Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards program?
We are in the process of rolling out a new rewards program, online ordering and mobile app experience across participating Round Table Pizza locations. You may see a new ordering and loyalty experience when you go to order from your favorite location. For guest’s who’s favorite location is live with the new ordering and loyalty experience, the new mobile app experience is not ready just yet. You can continue to earn and redeem on the new ordering platform or in-store while the app is in the works.
Is there a mobile app for the new rewards program?
- Our new mobile app experience is still baking! If the location you selected as your “favorite location” has rolled over to the new loyalty experience, your points and rewards will not be present in the Round Table Pizza mobile app until the new app experience is live. If the location you selected as your “favorite location” has not yet rolled over to the new loyalty experience, you can continue to earn and redeem online, in-store and on the Round Table Pizza mobile app.
- You will not need to download a new app when the new mobile app experience launches. Keep a look out for updates from us when the new mobile app experience launches in the Round Table Pizza app. In the meantime, you can earn and redeem points online and in-store.
How do I know if a location is participating in the new or old rewards program?
Locations that are live with the new loyalty experience feature a gold rewards flag on the location tile for that store on the Location Search page. Locations that are live with the legacy loyalty experience feature a red rewards flag on the location tile for that store on the Location Search page.
Did my previously earned points roll over to the new program?
Yes! If the location you selected as your “favorite location” has rolled over to the new loyalty experience, your points have been migrated over to the new program and removed from the old program. You may earn and redeem rewards at any location that features a gold loyalty flag on the location tile on the Location Search page.
What if I order from multiple Round Table Pizza locations, not only my favorite location, is the old program and mobile app still available to me?
- If the location you selected as your “favorite location” has rolled over to the new loyalty experience, your account is no longer part of the legacy Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards program and you will only be able to earn and redeem points and rewards at Round Table Pizza locations that are on the new and improved program.
- If your “favorite location” has not rolled over to the new loyalty experience and you would like to order at a loctaion that has launched with the new experiene, you may sign up for the new rewards program to earn and redeem points at a participating location. If you sign up with the same email and phone number as your legacy loyalty account, once your favorite location launches with the new prgram, your points will be added to your existing account.
How do I collect my points?
- To earn online, make sure you are signed in to your loyalty account when you place your order. Your points will be automatically added to your account soon after concluding the purchase.
- To earn in-store or by phone, please provide the cashier with the phone number associated with your loyalty account.
Can I retroactively add points to my account with my receipt?
Yes, you can retroactively add points from a receipt by logging in online and selecting the crown in the right hand corner. You will then navigate to the “My Rewards” section and enter the code number manually from the bottom of your receipt. The receipt will be valid for 72 hours after purchase. If this does not seem to be working for you or you need additional assistance, please contact our Rewards Support Team via email at [email protected] with proof of purchase.
How do I turn my points into Rewards?
Online, the “Redeem Points” section is where you can turn your available points into rewards. You will see your account balance and choose what reward you would like to exchange your points for. We like to think of this section as shopping! Please remember, once you have exchanged points for a reward you cannot get those points back, or change the reward chosen.
What is my Reward Wallet?
Once you exchange your points for a reward in the “Redeem Points” section online, the reward will then be automatically placed in your “Reward Wallet”. Please remember, once you have exchanged points for a reward you cannot get those points back, or change the Reward chosen.
How do I apply a Reward to my purchase online?
At check out, after you have added the appropriate items to your cart, you will apply the desired reward from the rewards dropdown box or you can simply click “Apply Reward” from the Reward Wallet section online.
Can I redeem Rewards in person or over the phone?
Yes, a cashier at a participating location can enter the phone number associated with a location account at the register to add an applicable reward to a purchase in store or over the phone. Please be sure to convert any points to rewards in your rewards account online prior to redeeming rewards in-store or over the phone.
Can I apply multiple rewards to one purchase?
Only one reward may be redeemed per order.
Can I apply a reward with another offer or special?
This will vary by store. Some locations do not allow stacking or rewards to be combined with any other offers or specials.
How do I refer a friend? What do I get if I do?
- Share your invite code by navigating to the more → invite friend section of the app. Share your unique invite code via your preferred channel. Your friend will get an email and be asked to activate their account using your invite code. After your friend creates an account using your code and makes their first purchase you will get 50 points.
- Please note, 50 bonus points offer is limited to 5 friend invites.
Is there a limit to how many check-ins I can have in a day?
Yes, guests are limited to 2 loyalty transactions in a 24 hour period.
Do Rewards in my Rewards Wallet expire?
Points-based rewards do not expire. Rewards such as welcome offers or surprise and delight rewards expire at 11:59 pm on the date listed as the expiration date in the reward details section of an offer in the rewards wallet.
Do points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 365 days.
I don’t have a smartphone, can I still participate in Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards?
Of course! To sign up online, navigate to your favorite location and choose to “Join” in the top right corner. You will be able to earn points and redeem rewards online by signing into your loyalty account before checkout. You can also participate in-store or by providing your phone number to the cashier.
I can’t seem to remember my password. How can I reset my old one?
We hate when that happens! You can reset your password online by choosing to “Sign In” in the top right corner and enter your email address. Once you select next, you will be given the option to reset the password associated with your account.
Where can I view my past orders? and save my favorite order or items for a faster checkout?
You can view your past orders in the “Past Orders” section of your account online.
Can I save my favorite items or orders for a faster checkout?
Yes, you can do so by navigating to the “Past orders” section of your account online and clicking the heart by your favorite order or item.
Can I save a payment method?
Yes, you can save your desired payment method online by adding your card information to the “Payment Methods” section online. If this is your default payment method, be sure to check the box!
Can I share my rewards with my family members?
No, you cannot transfer points or rewards between accounts.
Can Round Table Pizza delete my account without alerting me?
Yes. For example, if we find that you are abusing the Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards program, we may terminate your account without notice.
Will you share my information from my Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards account?
Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we may use and share your information.
Can anyone enroll in the Round Table Pizza Royal Rewards Program?
Individuals over the age of 13 are eligible to participate.
Can I delete my account without having to contact support?
Yes, you can delete your account online under the “Account” section of your rewards profile where it says “Delete Account.” Note, if you choose to delete your account, any loyalty points or rewards that may be in your account will be permanently deleted.
